Getting into a conversation with two of the four extant generations about the positive values of this movie could make them want to punch you out (verbally ,at least). Of course, there's usually no real chance of that happening, as long as you know who your opponent is. Irrational national fear of rampant anarchism let loose from the leash has probably played the biggest role in keeping this movie from wildly walloping endless award ceremonies and taking home most of the prizes. Pity for the population because, it is, without any question, a knockout and therefore wins (hands down) the GG for Best Film 99.
